Our Story

A table set for everyone

Hapag means the table where a Filipino family gathers — and that's what we cook for. Our chef grew up in Pampanga kitchens and trained in Manila's finest before coming home to the food he missed most. Every dish here is an heirloom recipe, plated with intention but never losing the warmth it came from. Pull up a chair; there's always more.
